This tasting will take a look at the ups and downs of bourbon with three quality examples of Old Forester, the only bourbon to be sold by the same company before, during, and after Prohibition. First up is the 1897 Bottled in Bond Act through a bit of history and a great example. Then we will explore bourbon creation stories born from fire and sample a finished whiskey. Last up will be an example of a Prohibition style bourbon along with some great narratives.

Light palate cleansing snacks will be provided.
